Cornell Club of Maryland Send-off

The Cornell Send-off is intended to bring together all those associated with the Cornell family in Maryland. Our purpose is to greet the incoming freshmen and their families, cultivate their participation in a Cornell Club wherever they might end up, and to inspire in them a culture of contribution and philanthropy. We also want to encourage the younger siblings of freshmen to consider applying to Cornell when the time is ripe. We invite Cornellians of all ages and classes, particularly those from our diversity affiliations, so that the incoming freshmen and their families can meet our alumni and to see that varieties of career interests, personal achievement, and social networking that is part of the Cornell experience.
